The Link Between Metformin and Neuropathy, B12 Deficiency

One of the most common and beneficial drugs may contribute to neuropathy and vitamin deficiency,

The study:  Out M, Kooy A, Lehert P, et al. “Metformin, methylmalonic acid and the risk of neuropathy: a randomized placebo-controlled trial.” Abstract #220. Presented at the 51st Annual Meeting of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes. 2015.

Vitamin C and Your Nerves

Sorbitol (a form of sugar) travels to certain parts of the body where it builds up. These parts of the body, are the lens of the eye where it forms a white milky film called cataracts, and the sciatic nerve (the big nerve that runs down your leg) where it can affect the nerves.

Evidence indicates that taking 2,000 mg a day of vitamin C may reduce the production of sorbitol and help strip sorbitol out of the body.

The human body does not manufacture the vitamin C it needs. The only way you can acquire the vitamin C you need is through your diet and/or supplementation.

Most of the "vitamin C" sold in the US is ascorbic acid.  Looking for Vitamin C and getting ascorbic acid, is like wanting and egg and getting an egg shell.

the Egg Yolk & Butter Myth

by Dr. Eric Berg

Listen, it is totally okay to consume egg yolks and butter.  This will not clog your arteries, but in fact, it will give you a nutrient to clean up the soft tissue calcium from your arteries.

Bacteria and Your Teeth

When I was a child I was taught that eating sugar would create an acid that would decay my teeth. Dentistry continues to use keeping you teeth clean as the one way to have healthy teeth.  I don't want to even give much thought to the toothpaste commercials that will create stronger teeth.  Whatever that means?  So, if I brush after every meal, floss after every meal and go see my dentist once every six months to have someone scrape them clean - my teeth will be healthy?.

Not. Something is being missed because teeth still decay and again "needs to be drilled and filled."

Building healthy teeth and gums means teeth that don't de-mineralize.  When the teeth de-mineralize, it creates an environment for the bacteria which can then decay the teeth. How o you get the teeth to not de-mineralize. How do you get them to re-mineralize?

Well, the SAD - Standard American Diet - won't give you enough minerals to re-mineralize the teeth.  And what do you do to get rid of the bacteria that seems to love making a home in de-mineralized teeth?   There are answers.

Support and Maintain Healthy Blood Sugar Levels

The key to supporting healthy blood sugar levels is proper diet, balanced nutrition and moderate exercise. We all know that it would be best to receive the nutrition we need from the food we eat.

Many of today's modern foods can actually rob the body of essential vitamins and minerals that it needs to support healthy blood sugar levels. If you can't get all the nutrition you need from food, you can supplement your diet with vitamins and minerals.

The Glucose Support Formula provides additional nutritional help in order to support healthy blood sugar levels.

Here is what one of our customers had to say about using it:

******

"I now simply eat smaller meals, well-spaced out, with lots of good carbs in the form of vegetables together with taking the Glucose Support Formula and am doing great. Thank you so very much for all of your help! You are always there for me when I call and I do so appreciate it!"
