Heart Health, What you need to Know
The cardiovascular system is a network of arteries, veins and capillaries that carry blood back and forth from the heart to the tissues of the body.
Blood carries oxygen, hydrogen and glucose (simple sugars) to cells where they are used as the basic fuel of the body. It carries other nutrients, including amino acids and vitamins, enzymes, hormones, and immune system factors and agents.
For the cardiovascular system to function the heart muscle must be strong and the blood vessels must be clear, unobstructed, and sufficiently dilated and pliable to adequately transport the blood. It is especially critical that the vessels carrying blood to heart tissues are healthy otherwise the critical organ cannot serve the rest of the body. Restrictions of these vessels can occur gradually over the years or in a sudden cataclysmic occurrence.
HEART HEALTH
RECOMMENDATIONS:How many people die a year from heart disease? There are reports of between 250,000 to 400000. It is wise to do something to prevent it, but also in case……..
A “New Study” asks – Is it true? Eggs Increase Your Risk of Early Death from Heart Disease
“Alternative” medicine that is used for a heart attack:
1. Mix 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 crushed clove garlic, and 1-2 Tablespoons of honey in 1-1.5 cups of boiling water and drink. Repeat once daily after a heart attack.
2. The best cure after a heart attack is to get oxygen to body cells so they can repair the damage. Mix 1 teaspoon dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) with 1 full glass of water and drink. Repeat every couple of hours.
3. Take magnesium daily to rebuild the heart. When magnesium is depleted, it makes muscles twitch – and can do the same to the heart.
4. Take aged garlic extract capsules daily.
5. Hawthorn, used regularly, strengthens the heart muscle. Studies show that hawthorn speeds recovery after heart attack. It strengthens the heart and forestalls any onset of coronary disease. No other herb provides the nourishing regeneration of hawthorn after heart attack.

What Causes Tooth Decay?
Most of us have been told that the way to have healthy teeth and gums is to brush after every meal, floss our teeth and go to the dentist regularly and get a hygienist to scrape plaque off our teeth every six month. The biggest question is does this help?
Do you still get cavities and have to get filings? Do they still talk to you about periodontal disease? And if you get periodontal disease (which means actually “around the tooth” disease), do you get the feeling that the one day you didn’t floss was the evil act that created this problem.I don’t think so.
One day I realized that there was something wrong with the modern dental care. Not once did I hear about nutrition to keep teeth & gums healthy (except maybe the milk industries promotion to “drink milk” for the calcium). Most of the time, if nutrition came up, it was about sugar in the diet. Now, yes, sugar can deplete the body of a lot of nutrients, but does it cause decay?
The dental viewpoint is that bacteria that live in the mouth thrive on these foods; it produces acids that destroy the tooth enamel. You then get tooth decay.
Here is the problem with that theory:
1) Bacteria do not consume sugar or flour as they lack nutrients. (Hint: don’t eat sugar and flour if you want good health)
2) Other foods create bacteria – milk, vegetables, fish, meat and fruit – have you ever been told not to drink milk or eat vegetables because it causes tooth decay?
So, what causes tooth decay?
Demineralization of the tooth – not enough minerals in the diet, not enough fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, & K). Now that makes more sense. Here are two articles about this; the first article talks about the research that was done – in 1922.
Why haven’t we heard about this before? 1922?

It is interesting to note that the hypothalamus (in your brain) is supposed to signal the parotid gland (both sides of your face near the jaw line) to not only re-mineralize the teeth, but to clean them.

And let’s not forget the fluoride in your water. It is supposed to protect us against tooth decay, right?

This was something I didn’t know before. We will have more on this as this is being researched. We hope to get a regimen that we can recommend to return good dental health. Here is a Dental Care Diet
By the way, the culprit on too much plaque on your teeth – not enough Vitamin C.
