Did you see the musical commercial about birth control with "no hormones?
t’s all about celebrating due to finding an IUD that has absolutely no hormones?
Huh? Its a dance routine where they are prancing around, liking a dog in a carriage instead of a baby and flirting – because……. of an IUD with no hormones.
However, they also say it has copper. Not sure why this is new as there have been copper infused IUDs for maybe 40 years or so. And IUDs can give you heavier periods and menstrual cramps that are worse than usual. It also isn’t recommended for women who are, or might be, allergic to copper, or women who have Wilson’s disease.
But then again, no mention of having this copper IUD in your body — I’ve heard a lot about the dangers of having mercury in your teeth, but copper is okay?
Certain liver or kidney conditions that prevent you from properly metabolizing copper can also expose you to copper toxicity, even if you’re not exposed to copper contamination. There might be other reasons that will contribute to copper toxcity.
Do your homework before deciding about “no hormones”.
If you love “no hormones” then you should know the symptoms of copper toxicity.
- headaches
- fever
- passing out
- feeling sick
- throwing up
- blood in your vomit
- diarrhea
- black poop
- abdominal cramps
- brown ring-shaped markings in your eyes (Kayser-Fleischer rings)
- yellowing of eyes and skin (jaundice)
- feeling anxious or irritable
- having trouble paying attention
- feeling overexcited or overwhelmed
- feeling unusually sad or depressed
- sudden changes in your mood
Remember to do your research and educate yourself.

Is there a natural Ibuprofen?
Is there something that could act as natural ibuprofen? There is some great data that demonstrates that a chemical in extra virgin olive oil can potentially mimic the effects of ibuprofen. But, be sure to check with your doctor before coming off of any medications.
The natural anti-inflammatory chemical in extra virgin olive oil gives you a strong stinging sensation in the back of your throat. If this doesn’t happen when you consume olive oil, it may not be good authentic extra virgin olive oil.
You would want to consume 50 milligrams or 1.7 ounces of extra virgin olive oil to potentially get this effect. Putting it on your salad every day would be a great idea.
You would get about 60-90% absorption, which comes out to about 9 mg. You may want to do this every day if you are prone to inflammation.
If you’re getting inflammation, you may be consuming too many carbohydrates in your diet. Getting on the Healthy Keto diet and intermittent fasting would be a great place to start getting rid of inflammation.
The natural compound in olive oil may also help reduce the plaquing that develops when you have Alzheimer’s. It also has anti-cancer effects.
You may want to try olive oil as natural ibuprofen.
