Chiropractors and Exercise are Better Than Drugs
Medication is typically not the best option for treating neck pain. According to a new study, those who used a chiropractor or exercise were more than twice as likely to be pain free compared to those who took medication.
Due to their comprehensive training in musculoskeletal management, numerous sources of evidence have shown that chiropractic management is much safer and often more effective than allopathic medical treatments, particularly for back and neck pain. There is good reason to explore the many natural options available for relieving and healing pain before opting for medicated relief, as drugs carry a significant risk for side effects.

There is much to be said about stress and its effect on the body. You can read lots about it and Dr. Berg has many videos about stressed out adrenal glands and too much cortisol and what it does to your health.

The Perils of Implant Surgery (and Other Dental Surgery)
I was seriously surprised when a commercial for implanting false teeth said that a medical doctor told his patient he had to fix his teeth as "dental health is the foundation of good heart health" Strange idea. It may be true that in mouth with infection may hurt heart health, but hardly the other way around that it was the basis of heart health. ?? But it did sound like pulling teeth and replacing them with fake implants was a good thing. So decided to check it.
The first thing that you should know is the prices if really high - but if you have really good dental insurance it may not be a problem. Second thing is they put you out. You don't just get the regular numbing drugs but they actually put you to sleep. But then I guess if they are driliing holes in your bones and putting in screws, you might not take it so well.
Then there is the nerve damage. There are three nerves that reach into the mouth and it says 0-44% chance of nerve damage with this procedure. I've talked to many people who told me about their "burning mouth syndrome", tingling, numbness and pain after dental surgery - meaning, of course, nerve damage.
To me this doesn't seem like a good choice, but then again, people do through lots of torture to look good but risking you health doesn't seem like a good option.
I think it better to help you teeth be healthy. Brushing & flossing and having your teeth cleaned at the dentist every 6 months doesn't seem sufficient. Building dental health does.
